All membes of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) are required to pass an entrance exam,  have a minimum level of experience and undertake continuous professional development.  In addition we are all bound by a strict code of conduct and are required to join the ombudsman scheme, which means by choosing an agent who is a ARLA member you can feel secure in the knowledge that you are in safe hands.
