OUR ADMINISTRATION FEE:

We clearly label all of our properties, so you the tenant, understand our involvement in the process. Our involvement in the properties displaying ‘budget tenant find’ is minimal, and as such it is exempt from our administration fee.

An administration fee of £130 (+VAT) is payable and covers the cost of referencing one tenant and is made up of the following:

  • Referencing by an external agency £35
  • Drawing up the initial tenancy agreement £50
  • Application administration charges£45

The Third and all additional applicants will pay an administration fee of £80, made up of the following:

  • Additional referencing£35
  • Application administration charges£45

If the tenancy fails due to an unsatisfactory reference, the following fees will be refundable:

  • All the costs for drawing up the tenancy agreement
  • Check in fee

OUR HOLDING DEPOSIT:

In addition to the administration fee you will be required to pay a holding deposit equivalent to two hundred pounds; this will be offset against the required security deposit (equivalent to one months rent) once the offer has been accepted.

ON ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER:

We will require:

  • One month's rent in advance
  • The balance of the Security Deposit 

We must have these monies in cleared funds before the required tenancy start date.

 
THE TENANCY WILL NOT PROCEED UNTIL FUNDS ARE CLEARED
